Refund & Cancellation Policy

Elefantastic. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of tour booking. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the booking have been communicated to the agent and they have initiated the process of travel arrangement.
  2. In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing.
  3. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation charges would be as follows
    All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.:-

     

      • Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge
      • Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
      • Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
      • Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
      • Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
  4. Refunds (if applicable)

    If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 Working days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  5. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e. hotels/transports etc.
  6. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
